These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Review After Review.
By purchasing, signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
These services are primarily intended for business customers.
1. Our services
Review After Review helps businesses generate and manage genuine customer reviews through automated review requests and related services.
Depending on the package or service you purchase, this may include:
automated SMS review requests;
automated email review requests;
follow-up communications;
review links;
review monitoring;
review response tools;
social media automation;
customer reactivation campaigns;
setup and integrations; and
other related services agreed with you.
The exact services included in your package will be explained when you sign up or otherwise agreed between us.
2. Your customer data
As part of our services, you may provide Review After Review with customer information such as:
customer names;
telephone numbers;
email addresses; and
other limited information reasonably required to provide the service.
By uploading, importing, transferring or otherwise providing customer information to Review After Review, you confirm that:
the information has been collected lawfully;
you are legally entitled to hold and use the information;
you are legally entitled to provide the information to Review After Review;
you have provided customers with any privacy information required by law;
you have obtained consent where consent is legally required; and
where consent is not required, you have another appropriate lawful basis for the processing you instruct us to carry out.
Review After Review operates on the understanding that any customer information supplied by you meets these requirements.
Review After Review does not normally investigate or independently verify how every individual customer's information was originally collected.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your customer database and the instructions you give us comply with applicable laws, including UK data protection and electronic communications requirements.
3. Communications sent on your behalf
You authorise Review After Review and the technology providers we use to process the customer information you provide for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
This may include sending review requests or related communications by SMS, email or other agreed methods.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for communications you instruct us to send.
Where applicable, this includes complying with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and other relevant rules relating to electronic communications.
4. Your other responsibilities
You are responsible for:
providing accurate information;
maintaining accurate customer records;
ensuring you have permission or authority to give us access to relevant business systems;
checking any content or communication templates used on behalf of your business; and
informing us if information or circumstances relevant to the service change.
You must not provide us with personal information that you know you are not legally entitled to use.
5. How we use your customer data
Customer information supplied by you will only be used as reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested.
Review After Review will not:
sell your customer database;
use your customers' information for unrelated marketing by Review After Review; or
knowingly disclose the information to unrelated third parties except where required by law.
We may use third-party technology providers where necessary to deliver the service.
6. Genuine reviews
Our services are designed to help businesses request genuine feedback from genuine customers.
You must not use Review After Review to:
create fake reviews;
submit reviews pretending to be a customer;
purchase fake reviews;
instruct others to leave dishonest reviews; or
deliberately manipulate a review platform contrary to its rules.
Customers remain free to decide whether they wish to leave a review and what they choose to say.
7. Reviews and results
Review After Review provides systems designed to help you request more reviews from your customers.
We cannot guarantee:
a specific number of reviews;
that every customer will leave a review;
that every review will be positive;
a particular star rating;
improved Google rankings;
a particular Google Maps position;
an increase in enquiries;
increased revenue or sales; or
any particular commercial result.
Results vary between businesses and customers independently decide whether to leave reviews.
8. Third-party platforms
Our services may rely on third-party providers and platforms such as:
Google;
CRM and automation providers;
SMS providers;
email providers;
payment processors; and
other integrations.
We do not control these third parties.
Their services, APIs, pricing, rules, availability and functionality may change.
Review After Review is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, platform changes, removed reviews or other matters caused by third parties and outside our reasonable control.
Where necessary, we may make reasonable changes to our systems to continue providing the service.
9. Google and other review platforms
Review After Review is an independent business and is not Google.
Use of Google or another review platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
We cannot guarantee that Google or another platform will publish, retain or display a particular review.
10. Setup and account access
You may need to provide us with access to systems required to deliver your service, such as:
your Google Business Profile;
CRM;
website;
booking system;
email account; or
other relevant business software.
You confirm that you have authority to provide any access you give to us.
You must not provide login details or access to systems that you are not authorised to use.
11. Fees and payment
You agree to pay the fees stated when you purchase the service or otherwise agreed with Review After Review.
Monthly subscriptions are normally billed in advance.
Where recurring billing applies, you authorise our payment provider to collect the agreed payments using the payment method supplied.
Additional work outside your agreed package may incur an additional fee.
Where reasonably practical, we will tell you before carrying out work that will result in an additional charge.
12. Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in your individual agreement or offer, monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before your next billing date.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next subscription period.
Payments already made are normally non-refundable unless:
we specifically agree otherwise;
your offer includes a separate refund guarantee; or
a refund is required by law.
13. Trials and promotional offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory offers, free review campaigns or other promotions.
Specific terms attached to an offer will be explained when you sign up.
Where payment details are required before a trial or promotional period begins, any future charges will be explained before paid billing starts.
14. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may occasionally be affected by:
maintenance;
internet outages;
telecommunications issues;
third-party software;
API changes;
platform outages; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve problems that are within our control.
15. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or stop providing services if:
payment is overdue;
you seriously breach these Terms;
you use our services unlawfully;
you provide data that you are not entitled to use;
you use our services to send abusive, deceptive or unlawful communications; or
your activity creates a material risk to Review After Review or our technology providers.
Where appropriate, we will normally give you an opportunity to resolve the problem first.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, Review After Review will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of:
profits;
revenue;
business;
anticipated savings;
goodwill; or
business opportunity.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the services will normally be limited to the total amount you paid Review After Review during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your own:
business name;
branding;
customer information;
photographs;
written content; and
other materials supplied to us.
Review After Review retains ownership of our own systems, templates, workflows, automation structures and materials unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected clients.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
